OVERVIEW

Fridulin is a Sweden-based concept store for long-lasting baby products. It’s distributed by famous Swedish dinnerware brand, Cink.

RESULTS

Our efforts shone right through when the website ended up getting much higher traffic and there was a significant increase in their online orders. The design also helped the customers get a proper and a complete feel of the products before the purchase itself, therefore significantly contributing to conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

Our international clients wanted simple and sleek design solutions for their e-shop, which not only reflected their brand identity but also had practical business solutions for the sales and marketing of their product offerings.

Solutions

To achieve these objectives, we sought out to design a minimal website with features that made shopping on the website as convenient as possible, and also incorporated features that helped the client stay connected with their customer base.

Mailerlite

Mailerlite is an incredible business-friendly email marketing tool which we decided to include while setting up their online store. This feature would help them easily build email campaigns, automate processes, manage and grow customer subscription and also track and monitor their customer engagement.

Instagram

Since our clients’ products are elegant and visually stunning, plugging in their Instagram channel was one of the best ways to give their visual-heavy marketing strategy a proper boost. We not only added the plugin, but also made fields that displayed their aesthetic Instagram posts directly on their website.

Messenger

In addition to Instagram, we also added an additional chat box on the website. Powered by messenger (owned by Facebook), this neat toolbox enhances our clients CRM functions through messages that address customer queries and assist online buyers in selecting the right products.

Cross-Sell Popup

Cross-sell popups is a sales-focused website feature, wherein our client’s customers can see recommended products based on the products the customer has shown interest in, or is planning to checkout with. This simple feature increases the average order value and gives long-term benefits to both our client and the end-user.

Automatic Review

Product reviews are very important for any e-commerce store or a brand. We decided to make the process of giving and reading the reviews much easier by automating the system. The coding takes in all the customer feedback and produces a singular rating based on the averaging the reviews a product receives. This feature is a huge time-saver and is boon for any brand that relies on online revenue.

WPML-3 Language Setting

We integrated this highly beneficial plugin for the client as it’s an essential part of running an online store. The USPS advance Shipment plugin enables USPS services for domestic and international shipments, troubleshoots bugs, provides free shipping over a certain amount threshold, displays live shipping rates depending on the address, etc.

Composition Products

Our client’s business contains several product offerings that come in different sizes and dimensions. For quicker sales conversions and targeted shopping experience, we decided to build a system where the prices, stock units, size and dimensions can all be mentioned and specified with just a click.

Size Variable Products

Applying the same principle as above, we also set up a way for users to select relevant sizes for their baby’s needs according to how many months old their baby is.

Waiting List

A lot of in-demand products fly off the shelves really quickly. Therefore, we also built in a tiny feature wherein the user, if they wish to, can be notified when the item(s) come back in stock

Color Swatches

In addition to composition Products and size-variable. products, we also designed the e-store in such a way that if a certain product is available in more than one colour, then the options will be shown above the product description.

Custom Product Grid

We decided to arrange our client’s custom products separately in a grid format. This is done to catch hold of the customer’s attention.
