Our client really wanted to deliver orders much faster, as customer satisfaction was one of their top priorities. Therefore, we created an application that made order management more systematic and informativre. Through our order management system, our client will be able to track their customers’ orders, see when they had ordered it, check order statuses, shipping address, total amount, what are the actions that have been taken so far in the order fulfillment pipeline.
Custom Email
Our customer will be able to choose their template design, add their own brand logo and colours, and adjust headings and footers to suit their particular demands thanks to the fully configurable email templates plugin. Our client saves a tonne of time by using editable templates, which also helps to keep their communications focused and pertinent.
Custom Product Grid
With the help of Custom Product Grid, a visitor could view all skincare and haircare line in the online store along with a thorough preview of how they all appeared in a bespoke grid that we created. With the help of this feature, Satatya’s customers can now evaluate all the items they have decided to buy in a tiny cart before checking out. Customers can also take back any products they may have deleted or added before completing their purchase.
Custom Checkout
The checkout page can be styled with the help of this plugin without modifying the theme. To avoid distractions, we chose to make the checkout incredibly simple and practical consisting of billing detail form and payment link, accompanied by a sparse use of our client’s brand colours.
